What data we process
When you contact us through the form or by email, we process the details you provide: name, email address and, if you choose, phone number, website and your message.
Why, and on what legal basis
We only use the data to answer your request and, where relevant, to send a quote or enter into an agreement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and steps taken before entering into a contract.
How long we keep it
Requests are kept while the matter is ongoing and for at most 12 months after that, unless they are needed for an agreement or required by law (for example Swedish bookkeeping rules).
Recipients
We do not sell your data. The website and email are hosted on servers within the EU. The website is delivered through Cloudflare, which may process technical data such as IP addresses to protect and deliver the site.
Cookies
The website does not use cookies for analytics or marketing. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security.
